About the role
Seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 home care, providing personalized, high-quality nursing services to pediatric or adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized care plans
- Performing skilled nursing interventions and administering medications
- Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to care teams
- Educating patients and caregivers to promote independence
- Coordinating care and assisting with discharge planning
Qualifications and skills
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Health screening (PPD or chest X-ray)
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-first mindset
- Preferred one year of RN experience; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
