Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Use Statewise for electronic charting
• Participate in award-winning simulation labs for in-depth training
• Work flexible hours, including 10- or 12-hour shifts on 1st or 3rd shifts
• Enjoy short commute times and around-the-clock clinical support by phone

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working
• Experience in advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience
• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations

$41/hr starting salary
