About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking RNs to join our Delaware County Skilled Nursing team. We provide one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, in-depth training, and around-the-clock clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
- Adhere to medical orders and treatment plans
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Handle emergencies as needed
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
- MAR-EPA-RX
