• Start of Care (SOC) OASIS: $80.00
• Other OASIS (Resumption, Recert): $55.00
• Hi-Tech / Complex Care Visits: $40.00
• Routine Follow-up Visits: $35.00

West Central Broward County: Tamarac, Sunrise, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care as a field RN to geriatric patients in their home.
• Implement effective plans of care to improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Complete clinical notes and assessments efficiently with a clinical team that helps you get it right.
• Work alongside a supportive team of therapists, the DON, and dedicated office staff to deliver coordinated, outstanding patient care.

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (or valid Compact License).
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
