About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Administer skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
