Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full‑time position performing home health visits for the Triad Senior Living office. The role serves adult and geriatric patients in senior‑living communities throughout Forsyth and Guilford counties, North Carolina, offering flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a strong work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with each patient’s needs.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health or senior‑living community experience preferred (not required).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
