Compensation & Benefits $64.90–$75.00/hour, based on experience $10,000 sign-on bonus [payout terms] Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off (up to 10 days), life insurance, and pet insurance Company-issued iPad Your Role Manage your caseload: Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments, including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges Provide skilled care: Administer medications, provide wound care (including wound vacs), and manage IV therapies Coordinate care: Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to keep the plan of care on track Educate: Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home Document: Complete accurate, timely clinical notes using AI-assisted tools Requirements Current, active California RN license (required).
