Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care | Travel Contract

13-week contract position in Pinal County, Arizona (POD 6), covering Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, and Arizona City. Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week). Navy scrubs and navy warm-up jacket permitted.

About the role

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. Deliver wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed. Complete required home-care documentation, including OASIS.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Previous Home Care/Home Health RN experience (preferred)
• OASIS knowledge (preferred)
• Wound care experience (preferred)
• ICU, ED, or Med-Surg experience (valuable)
