BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Skilled Nursing team at our Mercer County office. We provide compassionate, high‑quality care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one client care in the home setting
• Deliver advanced nursing interventions, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Perform hands‑on care for a single client per shift (4‑, 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts)
• Build strong client relationships and track milestones
• Care for clients ranging from infants to geriatric patients
• Utilize electronic charting and adhere to BAYADA clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• CPR certified

Compensation & Schedule

Pay range: $34‑$39 per hour, based on qualifications.

Flexible scheduling with no minimums; options include full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem.
