About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit to provide professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being. Join a dedicated team committed to transforming care delivery and improving clinical outcomes in a reputable, Magnet-designated facility.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Supervising and delegating tasks based on patient acuity and staff availability
- Delivering direct care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Educating patients, families, and staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS certification and obtaining ACLS and NRP certifications within 30 days of employment
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing and national certification in specialty areas.
