Qualifications
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN/advanced degree program with completion within 5 years; experienced RNs with 10+ years are exempt
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply, must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead nursing care delivery, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and ensure documentation compliance
