About the role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
- Perform medical procedures and ensure thorough documentation.
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
- Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license with a Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
