Job Summary
This surgical unit (4B) is a 23 private bed surgical unit specializing in general, urological, and gynecological procedures. It can flex to 35 beds to accommodate hospital capacities and typically has multiple oncology patients.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within three years of date of hire.
License or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
At least one year of med/surg experience strongly required.
BLS certification required.
Hours
This position is day/evening shift with a schedule of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., requiring weekend and holiday commitments per hospital practice. This is for 72 hours per pay period.
Pay
The hourly pay range is $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary offered will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
