Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the nursing process. The nurse will lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused care considering physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism through participation in peer review, standards compliance, and professional development.
• Coordinate effective care management and prioritize clinical interventions.
• Ensure privacy, safety, and a respectful environment for patients and families.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of RN experience.
• Current RN licensure in a recognized state or compact license.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and mobility; strong manual dexterity, visual, and auditory acuity.
• Effective communication skills and resilience to manage stressful situations.

Schedule

Work schedule includes 36 hours per week, nights, and every other weekend.
