Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital that provides world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. Registered Nurses (RNs) are central to providing compassionate and excellent treatment throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into the hospital setting.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications may include clinical experience.

Pay

Schedule

• Full time, day and night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts.
