We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Use

for headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Former Patient Statement", "EEOC", etc. Also remove "State Specific Responsibilities" maybe? It's part of responsibilities? It's specific content about cybersecurity etc. Should we include? It's substantive info. Could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. We'll treat as part of Responsibilities (maybe as bullet). We'll need to preserve all substantive info. We have content for About the role: the paragraph after "Are you a dedicated RN..." maybe that's About the role. Also "About Recovery Centers Of America" could be About the role or separate. We'll combine into About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Do". Also maybe State Specific Responsibilities could be part of Responsibilities (cybersecurity). We'll include those as additional bullets. Requirements: list under "Job Requirements". Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. However we need separate sections only if content distinct. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (license, experience, etc.). We have Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, facility proprietary systems, communication abilities). We have Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could treat Requirements as qualifications and maybe not duplicate. However we need to decide: maybe we can put Requirements as bullet list of mandatory items, Qualifications as preferred items. The posting has both required and preferred items. Could separate: Requirements: Current RN license in MA (or ability to get licensed), Availability to work rotating weekends. Qualifications: Previous experience in behavioral health/addiction preferred, familiarity with CIWA/COWS preferred, knowledge of health care etc. But the posting lumps them together. We'll interpret: Requirements = mandatory (license, weekend availability). Qualifications = preferred items (experience, familiarity, knowledge). Skills = communication, computer skills. Let's extract: Mandatory: - Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to get licensed) - Availability to work rotating weekends, Saturday and Sunday. Preferred/Qualifications: - Previous experience working in behavioral health or addiction is preferred, but not required - Familiarity with CIWA/COWS assessments preferred, but not required - Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co-occurring disorders and DSM criteria and terminology preferred Skills: - Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. - Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; thorough knowledge of facility proprietary systems.
