Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

About the Role

This position is for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for managing and delivering patient care within an interdisciplinary team, in accordance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act. The RN provides direct patient care, delegates tasks, and leads team collaboration to achieve patient outcomes based on assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members
• Perform ongoing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Serve as a leader within the patient care team, ensuring quality outcomes
• Support professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical ladder programs
• Participate in a culture of nursing excellence with Magnet recognition

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
• Current RN license in New York
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; requirement to complete within 5 years if applicable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize patient care issues and respond appropriately
