Schuyler Ridge is a 120‑bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering resident‑centered care with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Recently renovated from top to bottom, our modernized facility empowers staff with improved workspaces, upgraded equipment, and thoughtfully designed units that support both patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.

We are hiring a Full‑time Day Sub‑acute Rehab RN, 7a‑3p with an every other weekend commitment, as well as part‑time RN roles across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Formulating nursing diagnoses
• Implementing care plans
• Evaluating outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub‑Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units.

Requirements

• Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
