Registered Nurse (RN) Float Supervisor responsible for supervising nursing staff across multiple patient care units.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care.
- Verify patient needs are met and evaluate unit nursing performance.
- Participate in planning and organizing work for assigned units.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and units.
- Plan and conduct training and educational programs for staff.
- Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in nursing; Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing as required by law.
- CPR certification.
