Registered Nurse (RN Field Nurse)

About the role

Home Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our increasing patient population.

Responsibilities

• Works independently in the field with a diverse patient population treating a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Interacts with a large interdisciplinary team of professionals.
• Average assignment is seven to eight patients per day.

Requirements

• Med-Surg experience is required, with Home Health experience preferred.
• Excellent assessment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Current BLS certification.
