Registered Nurse (RN) - Extended Recovery (Nights) (Part-Time) (24hrs)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor their progress towards recovery.
• Provide emotional support and assist with discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of post-acute care and recovery processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
