Responsibilities & Skills

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents (Supportive Presence).
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs (Leadership).
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Work toward the common goal of excellent care for residents (Teamwork).
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through effective interpersonal communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in interactions with residents, families, customers, and staff.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Pay

$36 per hour.

Full-time evening shifts available.
