Responsibilities & Skills
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents (Supportive Presence).
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs (Leadership).
- Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Work toward the common goal of excellent care for residents (Teamwork).
- Support a respectful and positive work environment through effective interpersonal communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in interactions with residents, families, customers, and staff.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Pay
$36 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time evening shifts available.
