About the role
Reporting to the Emergency Director of Patient Care Services/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.

Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high-quality, individualized patient care in the Emergency Room.
Requirements
- Graduation from Nursing School.
- 1-2 years Emergency Room/ICU or Step-down experience.
- Current California RN license.
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS certifications (specific timelines apply for new grads or those new to the ED).
- Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and maintain thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- MICN and CEN certifications.

Pay
$59.31 - $88.42 hourly. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
