Join our team as a full-time, day shift Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe and coordinated patient care for diverse populations. Under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager, you will assess patient and family needs, develop and adjust care plans, and delegate tasks to optimize outcomes. You will ensure adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and provide holistic care addressing biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs. Qualifications Include Associate’s degree in nursingCurrent Kansas RN licensureBLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)Telemetry, ICU, and PCU experience with ACLSPost-surgery oncology certification (if applicable)Specific certifications required within one year of hire Preferred Qualifications Four-year degreeAt least one year of recent relevant experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications
