About the role
Join our team as a full-time night shift Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Providing age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development principles.
- Developing and modifying care plans in accordance with standards and policies.
- Supervising and monitoring LPNs as needed.
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN degree.
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience.
- Oklahoma or applicable multi-state RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days, ACLS and PALS within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
Skills and Qualities
- Knowledge of patient growth and development across the lifespan.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and meet patients' age-specific needs.
- Adherence to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations.
