- Offer 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, and more
- Provide inpatient behavioral health care to adults experiencing a mental health crisis through a fully staffed team of licensed professionals, personalized treatment plans, and continued support after discharge
Accountabilities
- Achieve efficient, effective, and quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities according to BMC standards in the ER setting
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care
- Develop, modify, and implement a plan of care based on patient data and HHS standards
- Adhere to and follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act
- Supervise and monitor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as needed
Job Requirements
- ADN or BSN degree
- A minimum of 1 year ER experience
- Oklahoma or applicable Multi-State RN license (obtained upon hire)
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
- ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
- PALS certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Job Requirements
- TNCC certification
