Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with Massachusetts RN licensure and facility protocols
- Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills in daily practice
- Stand for extended periods as required by clinical duties
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills: active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
