Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and patient education, ensuring patient goals are prioritized.Coordinate and document safe, quality care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development and team growth.Promote evidence-based practice, adhere to organizational policies, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.Assist in developing protocols and optimizing resource use to improve care efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience.Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Required certifications include BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS, all to be obtained upon hire.Knowledge of nursing practice standards, evidence-based care, and patient safety protocols.
