Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (FT Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and collaborative interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent patient care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.Ensuring safe, quality care documentation and promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster a skilled healthcare workforce.Supporting protocols, procedures, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.Complying with organizational policies, standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).Certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS required upon hire, with some certifications having provisional periods.Minimum of 5 years RN experience. Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, communication, leadership, and commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
