Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ER) - Evening/Night Full-Time

About the Role

Provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care in a Level IV Emergency Department setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and collaborative delivery of care within an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and professional development activities.
• Support resource management and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (required upon hire).
• Prior clinical experience in fast-paced emergency settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional growth, teamwork, and quality improvement.
