Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED) responsible for providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Key Duties: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on clinical knowledge.Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality emergency services.Manage complex patient conditions and prioritize urgent needs.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification required.Experience in critical care preferred; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP are required based on patient population.Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN are advantageous. Competencies: Clinical proficiency, critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork in high-pressure settings.
