About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care
- Ensuring compliance with safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards
- Coordinating patient care according to medical protocols and supporting high standards of care
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency codes
- Performing related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current licensure and CPR certification
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and emergency procedures
- Ability to coordinate comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment
