Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care; supervise staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Coordinate patient care based on medical protocols, ensuring safety, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital emergency codes and perform all related responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
• Support clinical staff competency and resource management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Fulfill hospital incident command system duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; valid licensure, certification, and CPR.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Key Duties

• Provide total nursing care, coordinate patient care plans, adhere to safety standards, and respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Support hospital initiatives to deliver safe, cost-effective care and ensure high standards of practice.
