About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead education, in-services, and training programs for our staff across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and implementation of educational programs for nursing and non-nursing staff
- Conducting in-services and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing education
Requirements
- Current RN license from the State of Missouri
- Certified Nurse Aide instructor certification
- At least two (2) years of RN experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in long-term care settings
- Experience in teaching and training
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
