Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborates with staff and external partners to create clinically focused training, promotes safety, quality, and compliance, and assesses educational needs to design appropriate plans.
- Participates in ongoing professional growth activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- RN license
- 2-5 years of experience
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: 5-10 years of experience
- Preferred: Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification
Schedule
Onsite role, Monday‑Friday days; no weekend or holiday work required.
