Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients in various areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology.
• Absorb and implement care based on assessments using the latest technology.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
• Offer preventative and supportive care focusing on the physical and psychological well-being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Oversight of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) team, including giving direction, assignments, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
• CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player with dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.
