Registered Nurse (RN), DOU, Full time, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
About the role
Provides direct nursing care including: assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Assessment of patients' conditions
- Development and implementation of care plans
- Education of patients and families about their health conditions
- Evaluation of patient progress towards treatment goals
- Maintain the flow of patient care
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and disciplines
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Basic organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education
- Current Basic Life Support Card
