Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the operations of outpatient centers, ensuring that the mission of improving the quality of life for patients is achieved. This includes hiring, developing, and inspiring a team, collaborating with physicians, and managing patient care technicians (PCTs) who support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, current appropriate state licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of nephrology nursing experience within the last 2 years as a RN. You should also have strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients and their families.
