Registered Nurse (RN) Day Shift
About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Lexington Community Hospice House on a part-time day shift (7am-7pm). We are looking for registered nurses who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As an RN, you’ll evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with patients, their families, and the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the care team
- Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality care delivery

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
- Ability to bear the weight of an average adult effectively
