Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests as needed.
- Adapt to changing situations and problems with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Current West Virginia license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
