About the role
Full-time, day shift CVOR RN position providing professional nursing care and staff management in a specialized cardiovascular hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure safety and quality.
- Potentially serve as a Charge Nurse with accountability for professional practice.
- Adhere to standards and regulations to maintain compliance and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a hospital environment.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; CPR required.
- Possible additional certifications like ACLS or PALS depending on department needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- National certification in clinical specialty care or relevant experience.
