Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

Role: Provides specialized nursing care in the CVICU, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Responsibilities Include Implementing and monitoring patient care plans and communicating patient conditions.Serving as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care.Caring for patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on established protocols.Managing discharge planning and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.Performing comprehensive assessments, identifying problems, setting goals, and documenting care.Administering medications, treatments, and educating patients and families.Ensuring continuity of care through delegation, supervision, and prioritization. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nursing program and active Arizona or compact state license.Minimum of one year of RN experience.Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.Continuing education as per organizational requirements. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, coordination, communication, and documentation skills essential for delivering quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
