About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical oversight and training to nursing and support staff.
• Ensure all patient care activities adhere to established protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least five years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
