JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) is accountable for assisting the Director in providing leadership to the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments in the areas of leadership, clinical, financial, and human resources. Accountable for assisting in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing practice in accordance with the Mission of Doctors Hospital and Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. He/she demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking, technical skill, initiative, integrity, accuracy and compassionate nursing care in an interdisciplinary practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A./B.S
- Active California R.N. license
- Healthcare Provider BLS
- Upon hire: Healthcare Provider ACLS
- PALS within 6 months of hire
- 1 – 2 YRS. MANAGERIAL Experience preferred
- 5+ YEARS Clinical Experience
- Able to provide safe, proficient nursing care for all critical care patient populations, including neonatal, pediatric, medical, surgical, correctional, and geriatric.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
- Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
Yearly Base Salary
USD $123219 to $165838
Hourly pay range
$59.24 to $79.73
