About the role

Full-time, night shift Clinical Decision Med Surg Registered Nurse responsible for providing safe, coordinated patient care across diverse populations under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs
• Develop and update care plans
• Evaluate care delivery
• Delegate tasks to optimize outcomes
• Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act

Requirements

• Current Kansas RN licensure
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire)
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, oncology certification) required for specific units and must be completed within the first year

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• At least one year of recent experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
