Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department (ED).
Responsibilities
- Assume leadership in unit operations
- Facilitate interdisciplinary patient care
- Oversee staffing, resource utilization, and problem‑solving
- Support staff in applying the nursing process for patients with complex needs
- Identify educational requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient experience and service quality
- Coordinate shift staffing to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective care
- Monitor staff performance based on established standards
- Provide direct patient care
- Lead team performance
- Improve patient outcomes
- Address clinical and customer service needs
- Perform related duties as required to support department operations
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- 3‑5 years of ED nursing experience
- Preferred: BSN
