Position Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, direct patient care in a clinic setting, supporting the healthcare team and ensuring patient safety and well-being. This role involves performing nursing assessments, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient information, and coordinating care activities. The nurse screens patients, educates families, manages lab and imaging procedures, and assists during medical procedures and exams. They also handle IV administration, maintain exam rooms, and facilitate referrals and follow-up care. Flexibility to support clinic needs and outreach is essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and communicate effectively with the team.Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies, including venous access management.Coordinate patient care, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries via phone or messages.Maintain accurate records, prepare lab specimens, and assist with procedures and examinations.Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and diagnostic processes.Ensure infection control, maintain exam rooms, and support referrals and specialty services. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in the practicing state.Breath, Alcohol, and Drug Collection Certification (if applicable).Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.Visual acuity adequate for clinical duties and compliance with safety standards.
