About the role
The Clinic RN Supervisor oversees nursing operations, acts as a liaison between nursing staff and management, and ensures quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication, provide guidance, education, and support to nursing staff
- Evaluate care quality
- Work primarily in a mobile environment, conducting rounds, and interacting directly with patients, staff, and physicians
- Maintain compliance with infection control policies and PPE usage
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with at least 3 years of progressive nursing experience
- Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, supervisory experience in a hospital, and certifications like Nursing Administration or ACLS
- Must hold a current NY RN license and CPR certification
Work Environment
Fast-paced, primarily mobile, involving frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and direct contact with diverse populations.
Patient Care
Serves all age groups, with HIPAA Level 4 access to patient information.
A leadership role requiring clinical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage operational and patient care issues in a dynamic healthcare setting.
