REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - CHILD/ADOLESCENT 7 AM - 7 PM
Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team.
- Manage medical care and assessments for patients, ensuring environmental safety and crisis management.
- Direct the implementation of behavior management programs and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Make patient and task assignments to subordinates and monitor their duties.
- Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families.
- Document patient care accurately and update nursing care plans in a timely manner to ensure data is included in the master treatment plan.
- Work with the treatment team to maintain a consistently therapeutic milieu.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee.
- Nursing experience in the behavioral health field preferred.
- One year of inpatient psychiatric experience with adults and adolescents preferred.
- CPR certification (training provided).
- Handle With Care (HWC) certification (training provided).

Pay
Shift differential rates: $4/hr for nights, $3/hr for weekend days, $7/hr for weekend nights.
Schedule
Full-time, Days, 7 AM to 7 PM.
