Registered Nurse ( RN ) – Charge Nurse | 7 On / 7 Off | Night Shift

Location: Northport, AL

Pay

Base Pay: $31.00‑$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays, +$3.00/hour weekends

Schedule

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Rotation: 7 On / 7 Off (full week off between rotations)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
